The outdoors is the favorite place of many people. But what makes it so special?
When you think about it, the outdoor environment is what helps us become grounded, and gives us peace of mind. That’s why, after a day filled with obligations, it’s incredibly relaxing to step foot into the organic grasses of Mother Earth.
Scientifically, spending just 5 minutes in nature will reduce anger, fear, and stress. You will start to feel happier, and more whole inside. Nature adds to reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and even muscle tension. All things that are brought on throughout the day. The Earth also aids in a better immune system, which these last few years have proved is a priority in our life.
