CREATIVE FAMILIES NEW 2019 Spring Classes!

This sensory and process-based art class will bring out the shared joy of creating with your child as you explore art stations inside the studio that include paint, sewing, sandplay, clay, paper art, dance, music, nature art and more. This class is hands-on and fun for both child and parent.
With Earth Day coming up on April 22, our Spring Session is all about celebrating the Earth. Families will use their problem solving, social-emotional skills, creative thinking, fine motor development, confidence, and more to make hands-on projects such as:
– Nature Art inspired by Andy Goldsworthy
– Inventions that help the Earth
– Raising consciousness with Zine making
– Crafting clay animals
– Animal habitat dioramas
– Natural Indigo tie dye
– Free creating
Need 6 families to hold class. Payment plans available.
Approved vendor for Inspire and Dehesa Charter School.
10:00-11:00 a.m. –
Art Stations: process-based art making with clay, paint, collage, natural materials, textiles, instruments
All activities designed through Reggio Emilia-inspired teachers
11:00- 11:30 – Outdoor snack (bring your own snack) in the community garden next door. Explore garden together.
11:30-12:00 noon – Finish up creative projects in the studio.
